This course will take you from the most basic skills to the most advanced. You will get to learn about Strikes, Flows, Throw-Catch, Contact Staff and Double Hand Bo Staff. 

The pace of demonstartion of all the strikes and flows has been kept very slow for the first 30 videos, to make it more clear and understandable. In the later part of the course you will get to know how to increase your speed and power.
