Tanmay is the founder and Director of a startup known as Inventico Apps Pvt Ltd. He is Black belt in Taekwondo , a certified Yoga teacher, Strength and Hypertrophy coach , Certified Nutritionist and the list goes on.
Tanmay has a vision that he wants to teach Self Defence to one and all. For this to happen he has chosen multiple ways of fitness to create awareness about fitness and help individuals to reach that fitness level.
